To find out your full coverage and benefits, you must call your insurance company and request list of benefits, which they either fax or email to you. We recommend sending out a Pre-determination before most major dental procedures to find out exact coverage.

We are out-of-network providers, which means that we do not allow insurance companies to dictate our fees and quality of service. We can still file insurance and insurance companies will "pay out" for a non-participating provider. In order to protect ourselves, we ask that patients pay in full at the time of service and get refunded directly from their insurance companies.

Some do, most do not. We recommend getting in touch with your insurance providers to know exact coverage regarding implants. Our Value Dental Plan allows 20% off Implants and Implant restorations.
